We start with a call where I learn how your business actually works. Who your clients are, what your services look like, how you onboard, how you invoice, where things currently fall apart. I ask a lot of questions. You'll probably say "I hadn't thought about that" at least twice.

I map out your entire client journey and design the workflows, automations, forms, emails, and templates you need. You'll see the plan before I build anything - so we can tweak it until it's right.

I build the whole thing in Dubsado. Every form, every template, every workflow, every automation. Branded to match your business. Tested thoroughly so nothing fires when it shouldn't.

I walk you through everything - not a generic tutorial, a proper walkthrough of your system. You'll understand what happens at each stage, how to use it day-to-day, and how to make small changes yourself if you need to.

You get documentation for reference, and I stick around for a support period after launch to make sure everything's working and to answer the questions that only come up once you're using it for real.

It's not a course. I'm not going to sell you 47 video modules and leave you to figure it out. I build it for you.
It's not a template you'll never use. Templates are great if you have the time and energy to customise them. Most people don't. That's why they're still using spreadsheets six months later.
It's not a custom CRM built from scratch. You don't need one. Anyone telling a freelancer they need a bespoke CRM built for thousands of pounds is solving the wrong problem. AutoPilot does what you need, configured properly.
It's not a retainer. I build it, hand it over, and you own it. No monthly fees to me. Your only ongoing cost is your Dubsado subscription, paid directly to them.
Pricing

AutoPilot setup: From £1,500
That covers the full process - discovery, design, build, testing, training, handover, and post-launch support. The final price depends on the complexity of your services and how many workflows you need, but we'll agree it before any work starts.
Plus your Dubsado subscription - currently from £40/month, paid directly to Dubsado. I don't mark this up or take a cut, but I can offer 20% discounts on a first month/year to my Clients.
That's it. No hidden costs, no ongoing fees to me, no "Phase 2" surprise.
For context, this represents 30-40 hours of specialist work. You could try to do it yourself - but if you've been meaning to "sort out your systems" for months and haven't started, we both know how that goes.
