I was approached by the Scottish Tech Army to help their client, Scouts Scotland, put in a new CRM to replace their old, creaking, fundraising database.
Their old database was losing them time dealing with errors and wasn’t delivering the reporting they needed to show the impact of their work to funders.

I gathered requirements and identified HubSpot as the best solution for their CRM needs.
I designed and implemented HubSpot, transferred their fundraising database over, and delivered in-person training and support to their staff so they could use it effectively.

Through my work, Scouts Scotland was able to save time and money as well as more confidently handle their data and present accurate reporting to fundraisers.
